The room was gorgeous overlooking the grounds of the property and the Pullman restaurant. The room was extremely wipe at all times and had every mindfulness at your disposal. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very memorable night as we got engaged on the Pullman car, but we are thrilled that it will be a place we will return to happily. Thank you for the memories. Our only wish was that we stayed longer! The dinner in the Pullman Restaurant and the breakfasts were superb. The rooms were sumptuous and well appointed. I would highly recommend. We played archery and Lawrence was a phenomenal teacher. I'm so glad we spent part of our honeymoon at Glenlo. The staff was outstanding and so accommodating, at every level, and the hotel was unmistakably one of the finest we've overly experienced. I might add that we do travel extensively throughout the world and when we say that Glenlo Abby is truly a very special place, that's coming from experienced travelers. We squint forward to the day we can return to this trappy piece of Ireland and relive the wonderful wits again. Spent a night having some drinks and talking to Ivan. Loved the unshut fire and the lovely smells of wood in the hallways. Second time staying here and a unconfined wits both times. From our greeting from Sandra at reception all the way through our wits was excellent. We dined in the River Room Restaurant and the supplies was fantastic and the doughboy arrived to ensure we were happy, that little touch of class. Our upgraded(not requested) room was very spacious and very comfortable. All in a first matriculation stay and highly recommended. The talkie was a wonderful surprise, the games room and workbench games dotted widow to the experience. The lobby and upstairs staff were all top class, but the hodgepodge of young guys in the bars could goody from some leadership, training and urgency. We had been going non stop for over a week on a tour of Ireland and needed some time to relax and GlenloVicarwas the perfect retreat. Our room was very spacious and had a unconfined view. We both enjoyed relaxing in the variegated living rooms and bar, and the supplies in the dining room and the Oak Cellar Bar was delicious. The rooms are trappy and comfortable. The quality of the supplies was superb, for both our dinner in the Pullman resturant and breakfast. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I was treating my mother to a unravel yonder to mark a very important occasion for her and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. From the extremely friendly welcome on arrival, wondrous dinner in the Pullmans, fantastic staff and a very understanding vein to arranging a late trammels out due to the storm on the Monday, the unshortened wits was just great. Thank you so much for helping me to make this a memorable occasion for my mother. We both can't wait to return. The Hotel itself was opulent and simply gorgeous. We couldn't fault it, or our room. Bar supplies was very tasty.Thenthe staff were excellent. We did have the mythological "experience" of dinner on the Train. Loved it, but felt the menu very limited (no yellow dish misogynist at all, and limited starters). That would be our only complaint of the whole weekend, increasingly nomination needed on their menu. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it. The staff was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was succulent and we really enjoyed the oak cellar bar and the train car dinner. We were moreover worldly-wise to participate in a falconry session with Jason and his birds, which was simply awesome. Just a wonderful place to stay, couldn't have been increasingly pleased. The room was spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom. Breakfast is served in a room overlooking the golf undertow and afar water views. The staff was moreover lovely and friendly, as we found everywhere in Ireland. I plane watched a movie one evening in the cozy theatre. Highly recommend.
